SCULPT YOGA

Core Restore is a specialized class designed to help you rebuild and strengthen your core. It’s particularly beneficial for mothers regaining strength after pregnancy along with mother’s looking to keep up their core strength while pregnant. This class focuses on targeted exercises that address the specific needs of pregnant and postpartum recovery, helping to improve core stability, posture, and overall functional strength. While specifically designed with new mothers in mind, Core Restore is open to anyone looking to improve their core strength and stability. Our instructors are Certified Personal Trainers (CPTs) with a deep understanding of exercise science, ensuring that all movements are safe and effective.
