The Movement was born from a simple but powerful realization: the most effective and sustainable form of fitness doesn’t require machines, barbells, or impact-heavy routines — it starts with the mat. As a 200-hour certified yoga specialist (Lior) and a certified personal trainer and nutritionist (Moshe) , we spent hundreds of hours studying how the body responds to different forms of training. What we found was consistent: mat-based, bodyweight workouts offer a safer, smarter, and more functional path to strength, flexibility, and longevity.

Rooted in biomechanics, nervous system awareness, and joint-friendly mobility, our method combines the stabilizing power of yoga with the resistance and intensity of sculpt and core training. Every class at The Movement is designed to reduce stress on the body while targeting key muscle groups for improved posture, flexibility, strength, and recovery. This isn’t just a workout—it’s a full-body recalibration. And it all starts on the mat.
